On 15th August 2025, The 79th Independence Day and The Assumption of Mother Mary feast was celebrated by ICYM Neerude unit. The day commenced with a Holy Eucharistic celebration, infusing the celebration the ICYM neerude unit members conducted Liturgy
Followed Hoisting the tri-colour Indian Flag at the church school, followed by cultural performances and speeches highlighting India's progress and achievements. As part of the festivities, sweets were distributed by ICYM Neerude unit to the school students as well as parishioners to emphasize unity and joy, symbolizing the sweetness of freedom and national pride.
