Fifteen seminarians from the II Year Philosophy studies, accompanied by Fr. Harry, visited Neerude Parish for four days. They were warmly welcomed on September 29 at 4:00 p.m. by the Parish Priest, Vice President, Secretary, and parish members. During their stay, they took part in various activities such as cemetery leveling, cleaning the high school hall and veranda, grass cutting, manuring the coconut plants, and home visits.
The parish community extended warm hospitality and generous support throughout their stay. Many parishioners and families contributed food, breakfast, snacks, soft drinks, and ice cream, while others actively helped with cooking and arrangements. A farewell was held on October 3 at 12:30 p.m., with the Parish Priest expressing his gratitude to the seminarians and all those who supported their visit. Parish Council members were also present.
